Event management is an integral part of the Bridge Builders organisation.  Events are used as 'tools' to engage young people, so as to provide opportunity for skill development and relationship building.

The Event Management Enterprise, consisting of a dedicated, highly skilled and enthusiastic team of youth and young adults, coaches and mentors, is a business arm of Bridge Builders which allows for the large volumes of events undertaken by the organisation to be more efficiently managed whilst providing an abundance of opportunity for youth to experience all that event and business management has to offer.  This Enterprise sees a percentage of all profits returned to Bridge Builders as the parent company, in order to support the establishment of other such Enterprises.
